Shipping Information
Drbilliards.com will ship your order via Standard Ground UPS or, Common Carrier (truck) depending on the weight. UPS orders can be shipped faster at the customer’s request. We will ship in the best possible way for your location and order. Shipping Costs are based on shipping weight and handling and they are listed on mostly every product page.
Curbside shipping is included in the purchase price of most game tables shipped within the continental United States. If free curbside delivery is not indicated in the item description or you are ordering from outside the continental United States please e-mail us at info@drbilliards.com or docbilliards@yahoo.com for a shipping estimate to your location. Upon delivery of your purchase the delivery person requires your assistance in unloading your table. You may request additional services such as inside delivery, two-man delivery, pellet jacks or lift gate trucks. You may purchase these services directly from the trucking company when you are called for an appointment or through drbilliards.com. The prices of these services may range from $ 75.00 to $150.00 extra. These prices may vary from city to city. Please note that these additional services are not included in the purchase price of the table. Shipping is normally 2-3 weeks.
Damaged Goods
If your game table shows visible damage upon receipt from the truck, refuse shipment and call us. We will immediately arrange a new table to be shipped to you. If you take claim of the table, you the customer are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE SHIPMENT, drbilliards.com will gladly refund the total amount by check minus 3% of the total order, or credit the amount directly to your charge card minus 6% of the total order or provide a full store credit.
If you wish to cancel your order AFTER SHIPMENT shipment, the customer must return all products at their own expense to receive a full refund by check minus 3%, or credit to the charge card minus 6% for the purchase price or a store credit. Actual shipping charges from the original purchase will be deducted from the refund or credit as well.
Return Policy
If you wish to return your order within 10 days, you must call to receive a Return Authorization Number from our customer service staff or email us. Return shipping charges and arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not credit back shipping charges of the original purchase.
